Directions
- Get the Pork Chop to room temperature
- Preheat grills to 400°F
- Lightly brush with olive oil
- Season Pork Chop
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F
- Cover with garlic butter and let the food rest for 5 minutes
- Serve with corn on the cob and roasted potatoes
