 Ingredients: Tomahawk Pork Chop, thanks to Berkwood Farms

Directions

  1. Get the Pork Chop to room temperature 
  2. Preheat grills to 400°F 
  3. Lightly brush with olive oil 
  4. Season Pork Chop 
  5. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F 
  6. Cover with garlic butter and let the food rest for 5 minutes 
  7. Serve with corn on the cob and roasted potatoes
