There Are Fewer Than 10 Humans On The Planet Who Can Score A Lacrosse Goal Equally As Preposterous As This One By Chase Fraser

Every time I talk about lacrosse on this website, it's always met by a bunch of dudes typing on their keyboard with Dorito dust on their fingers about how "lacrosse is for kids who weren't athletic enough to play real sports". I try my best not to pay any mind to it, but it's always funny seeing how clueless these bozos are.

You could get me every professional athlete in the world, and not a one of them are able to score a goal like this in the NLL.

Even with other lacrosse players, I'm struggling to name 10 guys who could score this goal right now. Just off the top of my head, you have Fraser's teammate in Buffalo, Josh Byrne. Then you have other guys in the NLL like Connor Fields, who is an MVP finalist in the league this year, and Lyle Thompson, who is widely considered one of the greatest lacrosse players ever. There are a couple kids currently in college like CJ Kirst and Joey Spallina who might be able to do something like this. You have some all-time greats like Gary Gait, Tom Marcechek, and Mikey Powell who could probably pull off something this nasty in their prime, but definitely not currently. That leaves us with one or two guys who I might be forgetting about right now.

There are billions of people on this planet, and MAYBE 10 can pull this off right now. Chase Fraser is well within the 0.0000000000001% right now.

One-handed. Underhanded. Behind-the-legs. Somehow squeezing it past a goalie wearing 100lbs of gear, into a little 4x4 net.

And as sick as that goal was, it was an equally great call on the broadcast. If ever there were a goal to end your broadcasting career on, it would be that one right there. No need to keep calling any more games, because you're probably not going to see anything as mind melting as that again.

P.S. -- Nothing will ever make less sense than Chase Fraser playing his college ball for DIII Neumann University. It would be like if Kyrie Irving played college basketball at an online school.
