Working at Barstool: Are You on Ozempic or Are You Getting Fat? Is It Even Worth Working Here?

There’s nothing more sobering than the before-and-after pictures of President Obama during his time in office. They perfectly capture the sentiment: I won, but at what cost? How can anyone look at those images and still think, I want to be the leader of the free world? Maybe that’s why most people who run for office are already well-acquainted with wrinkles and gray hair.

But being the leader of the free world isn’t the only job that ages you faster than a carton of milk left out in the sun. Working at Barstool Sports—the Mecca of sports media—might just be a close second.

In this blog, I’ll take a look at a handful of employees’ before-and-after photos to see how the job has treated them. Have they gotten fatter? Better looking? Or perhaps a mix of both? Most importantly, I’ll try to answer the ultimate question: was working here worth it?

Big Cat

I always knew Big Cat was big but I never realized how fat he was. I don’t know if it’s the ozempic or the stress of dealing with idiots like me and Mintzy but whatever it is, it’s working. No Diddy, he’s a stud. Definitely skinnier, glo up undeniable. Definitely worth it.

Definitely fatter, but 100x better looking. Definitely worth it.

Ohio's Tate

According to Tate when he got hired he was 165 pounds, he is now over 200 pounds with a turkey neck and a beer belly of a 40 year old man with four kids. Definitely fatter, not ugly but not as good as he looked. Definitely not worth it.

Holy shit, we don’t give Dave enough credit for his glo up. He went from an extra in Shrek’s swamp to a surpassingly handsome middle aged man. Definitely skinnier, very handsome. Definitely worth it.

Forgive me lord but I have to say it, Jesus Christ. Thank God this number two pencil put some weight on. Fucking guy looks like he should be doing my taxes. Even though he’s almost 40 and can’t grow a full beard that goatee is doing him wonders. Definitely fatter, but hotter. Definitely worth it.
