Pitting Two Drills Against Each Other In A Fight To The Death Is What Makes Dudes Rock The Hardest

A few months ago I bought a new house that was a total fixer upper. As someone whose only experience with power tools was using a drill to screw a lacrosse stick together, it was time for a trip to Home Depot. You walk down the power tool aisle and you're greeted by 4 different colors--yellow, red, a more lemon-lime shade of yellow, and a blue-ish green. Right then and there, you are forced to make a decision which will alter the trajectory of your life forever. Are you going to be a DeWalt, a Milwaukee, a Ryobi, or a Makita man? Once you make your decision, you are locked in forever. There's no turning back unless you want to buy 10 different chargers for 15 different batteries.

Much like the woman in your office who chooses her March Madness bracket based on team uniforms and mascots, I went ahead and just picked based on color. The red was speaking to me, so now I'm a Milwaukee guy. I'll die for Milwaukee brand products. And after witnessing the beatdown this Milwaukee put on that DeWalt, I've never been more confident in that decision. Ripped his head clean off the body like it was nothing.

Now all I can think about is underground drill fighting rings. Just a bunch of dudes going all over their neighborhood from backyard to backyard battling it out. Where legends are born and heroes are made. It's only a matter of time before drill fighting takes off and we get the likes of Stephen A. Smith talking about some dude's Ryobi like they're debating on whether Dak is the guy or not.
