Banks is a seasoned ol’ vet, having come aboard in late 2013 with a focus on the city of Baltimore. He made his name early with a collection of daily Olympics blogs and with a heated clash with El Pres ahead of a Ravens-Pats 2014 Divisional showdown (which ended ceremoniously with the infamous “FLACCO!!!” clip). Over the years Banks has ridden the ups and downs of the Ravens, including the drafting of Lamar Jackson and his journey to multi-time MVP (was robbed in 2024) and the never ending quest to get him a Super Bowl. He has also taken golf blogging under his wing, at points providing weekly PGA Tour previews and gambling picks and joining gambling shows during major weeks to provide his picks. Banks puts together and sends out the Random Thoughts newsletter daily to the knowledge of virtually nobody else in the company. His motto: “Fuck Kevin Willard.”
