My Intern Interviewing Process

Potential intern candidates came to the office Friday to showcase their skills. It probably goes without saying, but I needed to find a super-intern to even skim the surface of my daily workload. I know some people are going to say I was too soft on these guys, and maybe they’re right. But at the end of the day I don’t need an intern who will do what I ask, I need an intern who will do what I want. Intuitively. Without verbalization. Or any type of physical cue. Email is out too. With that being said, take a peak behind the curtain to find out how I found my guy.
