Hugh Jackman Seems Very In On My Pirate Musical Idea
On this weeks episode of PBS, we reviewed 'Disclosure Day', did a combined ranking of our top-10 Spielberg movies and had an interview with Hugh Jackman and director Michael Sarnoski for their new movie 'The Death of Robin Hood'.
A couple days before the interview, the news dropped that Jackman had signed on to play Long John Silver a Ridley Scott rendition of Treasure Island. With that in mind, I pitched a natural marriage of that and his true love of stage acting. The fact that he thought I was fucking with him and not 100% serious was kind of offensive. In addition to this, we talked about a bunch of other stuff. Including both him and Sarnoski's love of Kopp's custard. Sarnoski is from Wisconsin but Jackman picked up the addiction while shooting 'Song Sung Blue'.
