Tank Cooks Tucker's World Famous Bacon Chub

Ingredients: 

  • 1lb Ground Beef 
  • 1lb Ground Pork 
  • 1lb Bacon 
  • 1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs 
  • 1 Egg 
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce 
  • 1 tbs A1 or Heinz 57 Sauce 
  • Barbecue Sauce  

Directions 

  1. Take a lb of beef, a pound of ground pork, an egg, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1TBS each worcestershire, A1, and your favorite BBQ sauce, mix with hands, 
  2. Take a pound of bacon and weave it into a basket pattern. 
  3. Place the meat mixture on the bacon weave and smash it down until it's about 1/2 in thick. Roll into a log 
  4. Smoke or grill at 250 for 2 hours, baste with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes. 
  5. Place on direct heat or under the broiler for 2 minutes, until the bacon crisps up.
