Tank Cooks Italian Lemon Ice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Extract
Directions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of granulated sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
- Allow the water to cool. Add 1 tablespoon of finely grated lemon zest and 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and stir to combine.
- Put into the freezer
- Mix in a blender until the desired slushy consistency
