Frank Walks Episode 61: Trevor May presented by BODYARMOR

While announcing his retirement in 2023, former Mets reliever Trevor May mentioned me. He had previously interacted with me during the 2022 season. We reached out to him and were able to schedule a walk when he came into New York City.

Trevor May had a solid ten-year career in MLB as a middle reliever and setup man. His best years were with the Minnesota Twins, where he pitched for six seasons, missing one year after undergoing Tommy John surgery. Known for throwing in the high 90s, May spent two seasons with the Mets before finishing his career with the Oakland Athletics in 2023.

Since retiring, Trevor May has hosted a popular podcast, "Mayday," offering unfiltered opinions on the state of the game.
