Jake Paul Is About To Get Bare Knuckled

I sat down with Jake Paul this week to talk about Mike Tyson's failing health, Jake's connection with our Olympic Team, Paul's very rational fear of Daviid Benavidez, and a bunch more.

And at this point, I am kinda happy to report that I don't think Jake Paul versus Mike Tyson will ever happen because…

  1. Being over 50 years old absolutely STINKS.
  2. And Mike Tyson (who turns 58 on Sunday) has taken more drugs and shots to the jaw than Scarface and Angela White put together.

I was heartbroken to watch Mike deteriorate as an athlete to the point where he got WASHED in his last 2 fights versus non-household names like Danny WIlliams…

And Kevin McBride)…

AND THAT WAS ALMOST TWENTY YEARS AGO!!!

So I wasn't optimistic about his return to the ring at 58.

To fill the open slot for his postponed fight with Tyson, Paul is now fighting former UFC and bare-knuckle fighter, "Platinum" Mike Perry in a sanctioned BOXING match (the title of this blog is a tad deceptive on purpose).

To be honest, even with gloves on, this Perry guy will probably put up a better fight than Iron Mike strictly since Mike Perry is a bare-knuckle psychopath AND he is a much more acceptable 32 years of age.

My only issue is the size difference because Jake looks HUGE in recent photos, but I still think Perry has a shot here… And since most people tune into Jake Paul's fights just to watch him get his ass kicked, this fight might provide the public with just what it needs.

And if Perry loses, people can immediately allege that he was paid to take a dive.

The fight goes down on July 20th in scenic Tampa, FL on a card co-headlined by the eight-round Paul vs. Perry cruiserweight bout.  And then unified featherweight champion Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano (46-2-1, 30 KOs) will take on a KO artist named Stevie “Sledgehammer” Morgan (14-1, 13 KOs) in the co-main event.

I'm sure there are tix still available if you wanna catch the live card at the Amalie Arena before heading over to Mons Venus, (Tampa's "Most Iconic Full-Nude Full-Contact Strip Club')…

OR you can tune in on DAZN PPV and then hit Mons Venus immediately after…

It's up to you.

Enjoy the fights and take a report.
