Dark Side of the Moo? Absolutely amazing name for a burger place...and an even better name for a burger place that specializes in way more than just the cow. That menu featured some WILD stuff that even I haven't seen on menus before including Yak & Camel. I've seen the Kangaroo, I've seen the Elk, I've seen Alligator which they all had, but the Yak & Camel threw me for a goddamn loop. What an establishment. Really cool place with even better customer service.
