This Burger With A Fried Poblano Skin & Cherry Pepper Sauce Was One Of The Better Novelty Burgers I've Had In Quite Some Time
I mean...OH BABY! That was fucking phenomenal! Like a really, really, really good novelty burger which I consider burgers that have too many crazy ingredients etc that shy away from being an actual burger. I'm usually very anti-novelty unless it's done right and done right this is. The Poblano pepper skin was a perfect textural combat to the burger itself along with the flavor from the pepper itself being kick ass, yet the obvious highlight was that cherry pepper sauce. Cherry peppers, I think, are SEVERELY underutilized on menus. Just really the perfect pepper in my eyes. This was amazing. Shoutout to the Good Life in Massapequa. Amazing menu, better food.
