1 Minute Death Wish Coffee Cake | The Quarantine Cook

INGREDIENTS 

-1/3 cup self-rising flour

-1 Tbsp milk

-1 Tbsp plain yogurt

-1 Tbsp sugar

-1 Tbsp brown sugar

-1 egg

-1 teaspoon instant coffee

-1/2 teaspoon coffee extract

- chocolate chips 

METHOD

-combine ingredients in a microwavable mug

-crumble in brown sugar and chocolate chips

-microwave on high for 1 minute (depending on shape of mug it could take up to 1.5 mins)

-Mix powdered sugar with coffee until thick glaze forms

-Pour glaze over cake

-Enjoy
