Coming off the debut of our new series last week, Large and I decided to give you two new weekly segments that serve as the perfect appetizer to what we’re cookin’ up for every Friday at 2 p.m. with Beatz N Eats.

Welcome to MIXIN’ IT UP, in which mixologists provide the how-to steps on creating some of the hottest drinks of the summer. In this installment, we learn how to make The Blackout. Yup, aptly named.
