As the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) approaches its new season, I had a chance to walk with its founder, Paul Rabil. Many consider Rabil to be the greatest lacrosse player of all time. Playing 11 seasons in the Major Lacrosse League, Paul Rabil won the MLL Offensive Player of the Year Award thrice in 2009, 2011, and 2012, and the MLL MVP Award twice, in 2009 and 2011. He also won the MLL Championship twice, in 2011 and in 2015. Paul Rabil is coming out with a book entitled "The Way of the Champion: Pain, Persistence, and the Path Forward," a guide to embodying a champion's mindset in sports, business, and relationships. The 2024 season is significant for the PLL, which will again have its games on ESPN+. This year, they will assign teams to cities and hope to play home games soon.
