7-11 Customer Explodes the Microwave Warming Up Her Pee Sample

SourceAurora, Colorado police ticketed a Denver woman for allegedly damaging a 7-Eleven microwave by heating up urine inside it, which caused the urine to explode.

Angelique Sanchez, 26 … left the 7-Eleven after the incident and was found waiting at a nearby health clinic for a physical and urinalysis for a future job.

Medical experts say during a drug test, urine is checked to ensure it is at body temperature, not room temperature. This is one way of telling if the urine sample was actually given at the time of the test.

The police report shows the 7-Eleven clerk called police on Sanchez after hearing a “loud bang” a few seconds after Sanchez placed something in the microwave. The clerk told police Sanchez looked at the microwave and walked out the door, and then the clerk noticed yellow liquid “dripping from the microwave and the smell was unquestionably urine.”

The police report shows the employee asked Sanchez to clean up the mess. Sanchez reportedly told police that she had cleaned up the mess and did not understand what the problem was.

Sanchez has been arrested several times and convicted of theft, according to a Colorado criminal background check.

Like I always say, don’t do drugs kids. And like I say a little less frequently but mean to imply every time is, don’t do drugs but if you’ve done them and it’s going to cost you a job so you have a friend pee in a cup for you and you need to warm up the sample in the microwave at convenience store to get it to body temperature, vent the lid a little. This is crucial. Even just a few seconds in there will cause enough steam build-up to cause a piss geyser. Just an Old Faithful of toxic, liquid yellow human waste all over the 7-Eleven burrito selection. So word to the wise, here. Learn from Angelique’s mistake.

The least surprising part of this is that she did the “Mess? What mess? I cleaned up my mess” thing. When you know as soon as her plans went up in a hot golden shower of failure she beat feet right out the door. Because in the Venn Diagram of “Drug users who put piss in the 7-Eleven microwave” and “People who have a shred of human respect for 7-Eleven workers” there is exactly zero overlap. Good luck finding a job, Ms. Sanchez. I’m sure you’re going to make your future employer really happy they hired you.
