January Jones Is Reportedly Dating Bachelor Nick V. So Nothing Makes Sense Anymore
PageSix- “Mad Men” star January Jones is dating “The Bachelor” star Nick Viall, according to a source. Jones has just started dating Viall, who starred in the 21st season of “The Bachelor” in March, during which he got engaged to contestant Vanessa Grimaldi. He and Grimaldi split just months later, in August. A source exclusively tells Page Six that Jones and Viall got together after she admitted on “The Late Late Show With James Corden” that she was a “Bachelor” superman. “They’ve been dating for about two months. She went on ‘The Late Show’ in mid-November and said Nick had reached out to her and tried to get her to lip-sync battle with him. She declined, but then he asked her out to a drink and she accepted. They’ve been seeing each other since,” the source said. Jones celebrated her 40th birthday with Viall and some of her former “Mad Men” co-stars at Inkwell in LA on Saturday.
Nope. I refuse to believe this is true. Even if it is true, I plan on denying it’s validity until they eventually break up and then pretending it never happened. Things like this don’t happen in this universe. Maybe there are parallels universe where Nick V. isn’t a complete and total dolt. I doubt it but maybe. It’s a fact that he’s a dolt in this universe. He was the worst Bachelor I’ve ever seen and has a difficult time formulating full sentences or expressing emotion. Which is why January Jones shouldn’t be connected to him in any way, shape or form. I make fun of Nick V. on a regular basis for tossing aside girls like Russian Kristina and Jen S. It’s one of my favorite bits. Every time any one of them posts a sexy selfie I have a field day. Then Nick goes and dunks on me by dating Betty Draper. What the fuck is going on around here?
The only explanation I can muster is that January Jones is a huge fan of The Bachelor and she saw him on the show. That’s what I think happened with Wells and Sarah Hyland. Normal girls watch the Bachelor and become infatuated with certain guys on the show and can’t do anything about it. Celebrities watch the show and become infatuated with a guy and they can do something about. They’re famous. So they have their people reach out to his people and they travel to pleasure town together. BUT EVEN IF ALL OF THAT WERE TRUE, January Jones would’ve seen what a dolt Nick V. is time and time again and never even attempted. So I don’t know what the fuck is going on. All I know is I’m upset.
