Grief Stricken Soul Redid "Hallelujah" In Carson Wentz's Memory And It Is Spellbinding

Our quarterback stands 6’5 tall
Dodges sacks, has a rocket arm
But you don’t really care for football, do ya?

He goes through his reads, the 4th, the 5th
Does a spin, makes the lineman miss
He throws to Ertz, a touchdown – hallelujah!

Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah

Week 14 Eagles played the Rams
Back and forth, it was Goff & Wentz
Eagles in the redzone, hallelujah

He scrambled from the 5th
The he dove, took a major hit
Next was Eagles touchdown, hallelujah!

Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah

Carson’s ACL was torn
The Eagles fans began to mourn
His season over, it’s too soon, yeah

But Eagles fans don’t need to fear
The Super Bowl is ours next year
His name is Carson Wentz, yeah – hallelujah!

Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah

Glory to Carson in the highest, and peace to his people on Earth. Ave Maria. Amazing Grace. Carson Wentz’s Hallelujah. A 1-2-3 punch of majesty to the soul. Is it right people are mourning Carson Wentz’s ACL more than if a close family member died? Maybe. Maybe not. Who’s to say? Everyone grieves in their own way, and you have to respect the process. It’s just nice to see a finished basement in Brookhaven be used for more than ripping whippets.

Carson will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. Stay strong, people. Or at least stronger than the sad Eagles soul sobbing live on-air on Philly sports radio. That guy may need to be put down.
