A Father And Daughter Were Allegedly Kicked Off Their Flight Because They Were Discussing How Miserable The Flight Attendants Looked

(Source)- A father and daughter in Orlando are claiming they were unfairly kicked off a Frontier Airline flight Wednesday. Whitney Miller, 25, and her father Eric Miller, 70, said the two were having a private conversation expressing their displeasure with the airline after an eight-hour flight delay. Frontier Airlines said the two passengers were shouting profanities at the flight attendants.

In the cellphone video recorded by another passenger, the family is seen in a confrontation with the flight crew as they are being escorted off. The video does not show the initial contact the Millers had with airline staff members. Whitney Miller said they didn’t know a flight attendant was standing behind them, listening to what they called a quiet and private conversation. Miller said the two discussed how “miserable” the flight crew seemed and how they never wanted to travel Frontier again.

The family said that’s when the flight attendant walked over to the other flight attendants. Moments later, they claim another member of the flight crew approached them aggressively. “They would lean over the back of the chair in front of us, get their face right up to here and they would simply ask, ‘Do we have a problem?'” Eric Miller said. “It was, ‘No, do you have a problem? Do you want to be removed from the aircraft?’ We responded, ‘No.’ We didn’t know what was going on, what’s happening. Please tell us what’s happening,” Whitney Miller said.

Frontier Airlines told News 6 that the passengers were heard calling the flight staff profanities. “Our flight attendants are customer service and safety professionals who are trained to recognize situations that may impact comfort and safety of passengers and crew on board our aircraft. The behaviors and comments exhibited by these passengers prior to departure were inappropriate; and as a result they were asked to leave our aircraft. Safety and security of our passengers and crew is our number one priority.” The passenger who recorded the video said she has never met the Millers and they are strangers to her. She said she did not hear them say anything offensive and that the flight attendant was eavesdropping into their private conversation. She also said the clapping in the video was prompted by other passengers supporting what Eric Miller was heard saying to the flight crew while being escorted off, showing support for the family.

Are videos of people getting kicked off of planes still hot in the streets? It’s been a few months since Dr. Dao got his ass dragged off that United plane and started a revolution. But I feel like these things still move the needle and get clicks because everyone hates the fuck out of flying. Which is why I am going to blog this nonsense in case it goes viral. Obviously I side with the Millers here because I grew up with the nWo and Degeneration X. So fuck The Man (The Man is any corporation in my eyes). However the Millers are not 100% innocent here.

First of all, you have to look at the airline in these stories. I have never flown Frontier in my life. Yet quick glance at their Wikipedia page tells me that they are an “ultra low cost carrier”. You know what else is a low cost carrier with one name? Spirit. Is it fair to lump them all together? Maybe, maybe not, maybe go fuck yourself. But when you are riding some podunk airlines that sounds like it started by flying chickens and goats over the heartland of this great country, you can’t really be surprised if they boot your ass off the flight for slander.

Secondly, you have to remember who you are dealing with on these airlines. After our boy Dr. Dao hit the floor and the jackpot, everyone was on edge. Flight attendants that already hated their lives of being stuck in an industry that is always fucked up and delayed were now going viral because passengers were ready to take out their cell phones the second they sensed an argument brewing. Passengers that have been put through TSA, the line before the line to get on the plane and the actual line for the plane before they have to deal with last second delays and overbooked planes are just looking for a reason to get ignorant. No matter what industry you are in, wouldn’t you look miserable if your customers were always angry and ready to flop like Manu Ginobili the minute you got in their face? Of course. Any flight attendant that doesn’t look like Steve Bannon must have a hell of a good drug dealer. After months of this war between airlines and passengers, it was only a matter of time before flight attendants would have a quicker hook than Cowboy Joe West.

And finally if you get into an argument with someone and drop your age in the first minute, you are probably an asshole. I don’t think flight attendants should eavesdrop like they are Littlefinger and Varys from Game of Thrones. But once you throw your age out there like it means a fucking thing, you are only hurting your case in the court of public opinion.
