If You Watch The Leaked Game Of Thrones Episode, You're Dead To Me

I didn’t want to write this blog but I feel like it’s necessary seeing that yet another episode of Game of Thrones has leaked. I’ll say it again. If you watch the leaked Game of Thrones episode, you’re dead to me. Dead and gone. There are a lot of reasons why you shouldn’t watch the leaked episode but two of the reasons stand out the most to me. The first reason is the logical one. If you watch an episode of Game of Thrones early, lets say you watch it today (Wednesday), you then have to wait ELEVEN days until the next Game of Thrones episode. That doesn’t seem worth it at all. I don’t know if you’ve heard but Sundays are for Westeros.

The second reason is the important one and the one some people can’t seem to grasp. I’ve seen #takes being like, “If you love GOT so much, why wouldn’t you watch it instantly?” You shouldn’t watch the leaked episode of Game of Thrones because it’s selfish. Plain and simple. This isn’t about you. This isn’t about me. This is about all of us. This is about watching magical dragons and incest, together. There’s something to be said for watching a TV show and knowing there are millions of people just like you. All of us collectively on the edge of our seat (and then the collective conversation that follows). Viewing experiences like Game of Thrones are quickly going away. They just are. Streaming services like Netflix that release entire seasons all at once aren’t going away. They’re only going to get more and more popular. So you gotta enjoy a show like this and the feeling it provides because it will soon be completely extinct.
