Fucking hilarious. I hope everybody knows the back story here and can appreciate just how damn funny it is. If not, you need to catch up.
Basically long story short, Bob Diaco literally invented a rivalry with UCF. Like just decided to make UCF their rivals and declared it a rivalry game. Even made a name – the Civil ConFLiCT (get it?). Didn’t even run it by UCF which is hilarious, especially considering they pretty much said flat out no to it.
Seriously, they said no. And Diaco said, we can do whatever we want.
Well UCF won the big rivalry game on Saturday and made it pretty clear where they still stand on the issue.
Just leaving Diaco’s invented rivalry trophy on the field. Didn’t even care enough to carry it to the locker room. Left it there with all the empty paper Gatorade cups.
Seriously this is maybe the funniest tweet I’ll see today.
Poor fucking Bob Diaco. Guy just wanted to create a little rivalry. UCF is a bunch of grinches.
