The Bears are back! 1-0 in the division and gained a half game on the Packers. 13-3 is a real possibility. It’s nice to know that while most teams are looking for a franchise QB, we have two of them. It’ll be interesting to see how Fox handles the QB situation when Cutty comes back. If it were me I would have Hoyer and Cutty alternate series.

Is Jordan Howard the greatest Jordan to ever play in Chicago? It’s starting to look that way. Howard is a shoo-in for Rookie of the Year and might even make some noise in the MVP race if he keeps this up. Ryan Pace does it again.
I feel great about the Bears for the rest of the season and I’m really looking forward to this week’s revenge game against the Colts.
Bears Player of the Game: Jordan Howard (2 weeks in a row! Congrats!)
Fun Fact: The median price of a home in Detroit is $9,000. Detroit Sucks.

Week 5 Preview:
The Bears lead the all-time head to head 23-19 including dominating the past two meetings.
Usually I would look back at these games but this week I want to focus on just one game. Super Bowl XLI.

Colts 29
Bears 17
Peyton Manning vs. Rex Grossman

Devin Hester returned the opening kickoff for a TD and a drunk GMB got into a fight with a Packer fan immediately after he crossed the goal line. It was a beautiful moment in Bears history.
Ultimately the Bears lost their fight but I didn’t.

RIP in Peace
Even with the loss in Super Bowl 41 the Bears rebounded the next two meetings beating the Colts 29-13 in 2008 and 41-21 in 2012. This week the Bears look to get revenge for the Super Bowl for a 3rd time.
Ryan Pace went with a little different twist by signing Jerrell Freeman and at the same time signing the Colts defensive playbook. With this, the 4th phase traveling to Indy, and one of the best QB/RB combos in the NFL I see the

Bears getting that revenge once again.
Offensive Player to Watch: Daniel Braverman #83 (I assume he’ll be active by game time)
Defensive Player to Watch: Jerrell Freeman (I expect at least 20 tackles a 1-2 TDs)

Week 5 Prediction:
Bears 35
Colts 17
GMB Season Record
1-3-0*
*Should be 4-0-0 if not for the refs, injuries, and global warming.
