Britney Spears Says She Would One Day Like To Meet Taylor Swift Despite Having Already Met Her Twice

Britney Spears said in a new interview that she’d like to spend some alone time with Taylor Swift since she “[hasn’t] met her” — although, in fact, she previously met the “Shake It Off” singer, 26, two different times.  During a Sunday, July 31, chat with Australia’s Kyle & Jackie O Show, Spears, 34, was asked if she’d rather hang out with Swift or the 1989 hitmaker’s nemesis Katy Perry: “Who would you rather sit next to on a 24-hour flight to Sydney, Taylor Swift or Katy Perry?” “I don’t know! I don’t know, that’s hard,” the pop superstar replied. “They’re both so cool, I don’t know.” “I’ve briefly met Katy Perry at the Smurfs [2] movie premiere [in 2011],” she added. “Maybe because I’ve met Katy Perry, I would say Taylor Swift, because I’ve never met her before.”

Where is Taylor Swift storing all these Ls? That’s what I wanna know. Her mansions can only hold so many. Swift can’t catch a break these days when up until about a month ago it seemed like she caught all the breaks in life. Then she had an “amicable” break up with Calvin Harris which then exploded in her face when he put her on Twitter blast. Then she got dragged by the king and queen of the world, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, in one of the more epic celebrity draggings ever. And now this. Britney Spears being completely oblivious that she ever met Taylor Swift. TWICE. She met her TWICE. There’s even photo evidence of them meeting and Spears still can’t recall meeting Taylor. Now one could argue that Britney Spears has met a lot of people over the years so it’s easy to forget a few. But Taylor Swift? One of the most famous people on the planet? Way to make an impression, Taylor. You can love or hate T. Swift but it’s always fun to see a clearly-fake person take so many hits in such a short span of time.
