The 'Rick And Morty' Creator Did A Reading Of That Viral Insane Court Transcript At Comic-Con And It's Hilarious

Paste Magazine – Justin Roiland, the show’s co-creator and voice of both Rick and Morty, whipped this up as a treat for Comic-Con fans, one of whom was kind (and unscrupulous) enough to film it and post it on Youtube. If you didn’t see the transcript when it went viral a couple of months ago, know that everything in this video was actually said in a real court in Georgia, as an inmate and a (very unprofessional) judge went back and forth in a heated game of verbal brinkmanship. The transcript is worth reading, even after watching the awesome Rick and Mortified version.

A few weeks back Kmarko blogged the transcript from accused murderer Denver Allen that was being called the most hilarious court transcript ever online. And how do you try to make it even better? Having the voice work of one of the best animated shows on TV right now act it out. And the one thing that stands out to me hearing people read the transcript out loud: How absurd must this have sounded in real life? Like the bailiff, the court reporter, the lawyers, were they sitting there trying desperately not to laugh the entire time? Were they sitting there in horror as these two men both acted like complete lunatics in front of them? How could you look the judge in the face as he presses the defendant to jack off for him in court? At this point I assume video of the hearing doesn’t exist but I really wish it did just to know what really went on in there. Ol Fuckman never really knew what hit him.
