Johnny Football In The News Again For "Trashing" LA Party House He Rented

Rich-kid quarterback Johnny Manziel’s facing more questions about alcohol and drug use after he threw a wild party at a rented LA house, where he and his friends allegedly caused $32,000 in damage. Manziel, who comes from a Texas oil family and whose NFL future is in peril, rented a house in West Hollywood for two days last week with a pal. The pair’s said to have thrown two all-night ragers that prompted neighbors, including comic Kathy Griffin, to call police. Former Browns QB Manziel — who last year went to rehab, but whose agent Drew Rosenhaus is dropping him in “hopes of helping him get the treatment I believe he needs” — has been served with a legal demand for nearly $32,000 for damage caused to the $4.5 million pad. It was rented to Manziel by real estate broker Nicholas Goodwin, whose company LA Exotic Life rents vacation properties.Goodwin’s lawyer, Niki Ghazian, wrote Manziel’s reps: “Mr. Manziel threw large parties on both nights, causing extensive damage .?.?. Evidence suggests [Manziel] and his guests were consuming drugs and alcohol .?.?. and that they caused a disturbance to the neighborhood,” which led to the LAPD being called on April 6. Goodwin tells Page Six he returned to the house to find it trashed and Manziel crashed on the sofa at 2 p.m.
I know people are going to snicker and laugh at me, but this story is 100% not about Johnny Football. This is all about this scumbag lawyer Niki Ghazian and this scumbag rental company LA Exotic Life who set Johnny up for failure. Oh you rented a mansion to Johnny Football and you are upset and surprised that he partied for 2 days straight? What the hell did you think was going to happen? The dude hasn’t stopped partying for 2 years straight. Of course he was gonna throw a couple rippers! You knew that when he signed the lease. That’s on you. I hate landlords who want to have their cake and eat it too. If you didn’t want some coke on the table and a champagne glass in a tree rent your house to old people. Oh right old people who don’t want to party don’t rent party houses for 2 days for 30K. They get hotel rooms in the valley. And this house wasn’t remotely trashed either. It just looked like they didn’t clean up. Just beer cans on the table and some drugs. (click for pics) No different than any Figawi house will look like in a few weeks.
