Set up so well and executed so perfectly that it’s almost impossible to believe this wasn’t done on purpose. Coach sending a message to a national TV whatever-this-was-broadcast-on audience, you keep ignoring Old Dominion hoops, this is how I treat the haters.

Old Dominion and Louisiana Tech hoops may not be in your general awareness very often, and it’s not going to lead off this morning’s SportsCenter, but this was a huge upset – Tech hasn’t lost at home in 39 games. It was also ODU’s first road win of the season. Combine all that, and you’ll have to excuse Coach Jones for being more than a little spaced out. Sometimes you just got an itch.
