Little Australian Kid Fights Through A Nasty Case Of Hiccups And Sings The National Anthem

What a little goddamn hero. The fact that he didn’t instantly stop after his hiccups started might be the most heroic thing these eyes have ever seen. Anyone who has ever had the hiccups (meaning everyone who has ever lived) knows just how terrible they can be.  You ever get the hiccups during a night out drinking? Awful.  Everything is awesome.  You’re laughing it up with friends, the drinks are flowing, the music is playing.  It’s like the celebratory montage during the first act of heist movie where everybody is happy after the big score.  Then the hiccups start and the whole night gets derailed in an instant. All of the energy that had been going towards making conversation and Dabbin on the dance floor immediately gets redirected to trying not to puke every time you hiccup. The night comes to a crawl as you contemplate killing yourself.  That little kid though? Didn’t even faze him. Powered right through the hiccups like they were nothing.  He’s got a bright future ahead of him if he can already defeat hiccups.
