Caitlyn Jenner And Hope Solo Named "Women Of The Year" By Glamour Magazine

TMZ – Caitlyn Jenner and Hope Solo both had a HELLUVA YEAR … both nabbed hardware at Glamour Magazine’s “Women Of The Year” awards in NYC — but they took way different paths getting there. While Caitlyn’s been hailed as a hero for the way she handled her transition in the public eye — Hope’s grabbed publicity for almost all the wrong reasons: allegedly beating up her nephew and berating cops … along with winning the Women’s World Cup. Clearly, Hope’s solo efforts didn’t carry as much weight as her team achievements.  FYI — tennis legends Serena Williams and Billie Jean King were also honored

Rough year for women huh? These are the best 2 you could scrape up? A woman who’s not really a woman and a second who’s an abusive child beater. Nice going, female gender. There’s like 4 billion girls on the planet and these are the 2 best of the bunch in 2015. Whats the matter? Was Lindsay Lohan unavailable? Casey Anthony didnt qualify for the 2015 award?

I understand Caitlyn Jenner winning an award like this. Even though I’m pretty sure everyone – male, female, and trans – kinda hates her, shes the obviously, cliche pick for awards like this right now. But for real how the fuck does Hope Solo win this shit????? Did you hear the 911 tapes? She was legitimately terrorizing her nephew. Like she had a child screaming in fear of her as she physically abused him. Over the past couple years we’ve seen a lot of athletes essentially get away with domestic abuse so I guess its not surprising that Hope Solo gets that free pass too. But to give her an award???? To praise her as one of the best females of the year? Thats bananaland. That decision is from the land of bananas.

Only thing more embarrassing than that due is Billie Jean King still getting love. What the fuck is that about, women? That shit happened like 40 years ago. I think the statute on being impressed with Billie Jean King winning one phony tennis match has expired, folks.
