From Making Luka Doncic Touch Earth To Carrying The Warriors To A Huge Comeback Win, Steph Curry Remains As Ridiculous As Ever

You know what rules? Watching Steph Curry play basketball. Especially Late Night Steph. For over a decade one thing has remained true in the NBA. Late Night Steph Curry is Must Watch TV. Always has been always will be. I don't care how old he is, Steph Curry is still as devastating as ever. He could be 38 or 28, no knows for sure. As long as he's healthy and on the court, I would highly recommend you tune in (see: the must watch TV part).

Why? Because Late Night Steph does cool ass shit

Luka, your defense…WOOF!

What a move. Granted, that certainly was not an even matchup. Luka can't guard for shit, he's slow, and Steph Curry is one of the most impossible covers in the history of basketball. That shit is just what he does. You knew he was going to be able to get his shot off with easy, but once Luka started to fall and eventually hit the floor? Now comes the only part of the play that matters. As sick of a move was to cause that separation, nothing matters if you don't bury the shot. In that moment, you HAVE to make the shot. Thankfully, Steph Curry is the greatest shooter we've ever seen. If anyone understands that, it's him. There was a 0.0% chance he was missing that shot. I would have bet my life on it not even hitting the rim, and as we saw it was pure.

It sort of reminded me of the famous James Harden/Wesley Johnson play. Another shot where you HAVE to make it, and he buried it

For Luka, that's an unfortunate clip. As we know, the internet lives forever, especially NBA Twitter. I know he has dreams of winning MVP, but that clip is going to do some harm. That's tough. Obviously due to my own rooting interest I love this play and find it very funny, but I'm sure he's going to wish he could pull a LeBron and get the footage scrubbed from the internet.

To make matter worse, this was coming off the Lakers blowing a 25 point lead in the 2nd quarter

and once they let go of the rope, Steph & Co did the rest. They eventually pulled away in the 4th and won this game by 17, which is certainly quite the turnaround. This is a team that looked lifeless a week ago and now look. Yaxel is a hit, Steph looks as good as ever, and the vibes have completely shifted.

Luckily for us, Steph Curry signed another extension so we have at least a few more years of these moments. There's truly nothing like watching Steph play and the fact that he's not really showing any signs of regression is pretty insane. The only thing that can get in his way is health, so let's all do a collective prayer that he gets through the year in one piece.

P.S.

Steph also had this 3PM against Luka, which was also ridiculous

so yeah, like I said. Must Watch TV.
