'We're About To Make Pittsburgh Ours' - Jared Verse Simply Won't Ever Stop Talking Shit About The Steelers And That's A Promise

This was from the last time these teams played. Jared Verse is bringing some real hate back to the AFC North and I admire that. That division is supposed to be hate. Actually, all of them are except the South divisions. No one cares (outside of Falcons/Steelers), there's just no real juice.

This week it started with Cam Hayward:

Talking about how the comments will be addressed on Sunday. That ain't a threat, but it should be. I mean I have no problem with it at all. Jared Verse called your team dirty, you need to respond. You can't just roll over on game week. But it also opens the door for this:

Perfect response. Again, the Browns and Steelers have always hated each other. Then they became the Ravens and they hated each other. Then the Browns came back and they all hate each other again. It's beautiful to see. We need more rivalries to have juice and the Browns being competitive this year helps with that. It means the game actually matters and not Browns fans just hoping for mock drafts.

Give me more stuff like this in sports again. Rivalries are built on hate. It's decades of hate. It doesn't matter if your team moves, you come back and you just hate each other again. Fans don't stop caring. I hope these teams don't ever stop talking before Sunday's game.
