UCF Takes Down BYU in One of the Wildest Endings of the Year
What an insane ending we had in Orlando that eventually saw UCF take down No. 2 BYU.
The Knights had a field goal blocked at the end of regulation, but recovered the blocked third down kick and would have gotten another shot at it on fourth down with two seconds left, but a UCF player had his helmet ripped off without a penalty called that resulted in a 10-second runoff and sent the game to overtime.
The officials did UCF a solid in OT, though, turning a Knights field goal into a touchdown after a very weak roughing the kicker call. And then the Knights capitalized in 2OT, stopping BYU at the goal line for the win.

It was a tough day for the top of the Big 12, as both Texas Tech and BYU went on the road and took losses.
