Arvell Reese Redefined Defensive Football As We Know It By Creating The "Turn An Offensive Lineman Into A Bowling Ball To Tackle The Running Back" Move

It's no secret that NFL teams are always looking for an edge over their opponents within the rules. It may be a new cutting-edge defensive scheme that mixes up blitzes and coverages to befuddle opposing offenses or having a bunch of guys push the ass of your quarterback that can squat 600 pounds behind an All-World offensive line.

Well it seems that Arvell Reese has found the next inefficiency in the NFL by using a running back's own offensive lineman against him by simply turning that offensive lineman into a bowling ball that will cut out the running back's legs to instantly end the play. The beauty in this revolutionary move is that it is so simple, it's impossible to counter. You can either:

A. Get your running back in space against Arvell Reese, which obviously results in your offensive lineman being turned into a heat seeking missile against your own player

B. Try to run the ball in the middle of a bunch of players, which will result in Reese killing the play even if he only has one arm available.

or

C. Don't send out an offensive lineman to block Arvell Reese, which could lead to you picking up your running back in pieces when the superhuman wearing number 52 is done with him (There's an idea for a Reese's Pieces shirt somewhere in here).

The NFL is a copycat league and will no doubt try to mimic the success of this bowling play. However, there are simply not many humans on the face of the Earth that can do what Arvell Reese does, which is crazy considering this is what he's doing as a raw 21-year-old in his first NFL season.

I know we are in the middle of this weird Jameis/JJ/Whatever The Hell Else Comes At Us From The QB Position season. But it's nice to know we have a couple of freaks developing on the other side of the ball (shout out Abdul Carter) that should be ready to cause chaos once this team actually gets healthy and some more talent on the roster.

P.S. I'm pretty sure Lawrence Taylor did this bowling ball move multiple times back in the day but LT was always doing LT stuff that nobody else can do.
