The End Of A Second Era - The Giants Sadly Released Odell Beckham Today, Need To Find A Way To Get Him On Staff Now

I know he didn't do, well, anything during this second return. But, Malik Nabers loves him which means we all should love him again as Giants fans. If anything it means we should find a way to keep him on staff. Make him an assistant wide receiver coach or something. Look, I know there's a ton of talk about Nabers leaving the Giants after his rookie contract. But, what if we find a way to keep him around? Not only that but keep him around and keep him healthy. 

I said it about JPP in the blog yesterday. I'm all for finding a way to keep guys who remind us of the good times around. I need Coach Coughlin back walking around practice. I need Eli Manning taking a couple snaps and coaching up JJ and Dart. Plus, we're not exactly super deep at receiver. We're an injury away from Odell being right back home. So I choose not to say good bye. It's see ya later. That's how I'll remember the Odell second era in the Giants. I'll remember him loving the New York Giants. I'll remember his legs looking super normal. I'll remember the blonde hair. I'll remember the pop of week 1. 

Seems mean for everyone to make the Aaron Rodgers flag running joke too. I won't stand for it. I'm ready for the third era. Actually, I'm not because it'll be due to injury. But, I'm all for finding any sort of way to keep Odell around. Just let him hang out in the locker room. No one should say no to that. He's a Giant for life.
