JoJo Levesque DOMINATED The VMAs Red Carpet Out Of Nowhere And Her Mermaid Comeback Outfit Deserves A Moment Of Your Time Today

Did anyone else on planet earth know the MTV VMAs were last night? Holy shit what a massive falloff for that event. Truly used to be the pinnacle of pop culture and one of the most influential platforms for emerging artists to really break through. Such a shame. 

Obviously too many iconic live performances to rank here, but peruse some highlights below if you wanna firmly grip your nostalgia boner with THE DON. Maybe he can do a deep dive on these moments later for you? Keep in mind, recording these legendary moments on VHS tapes in the 2000s was the only option we had back in the day before social media. Simpler times. 

But forgive me for burying the lede because I ain’t here to wax poetic about the glory days of MTV. All I wanted to do was hop on to give JoJo some well deserved flowers. She looked AWESOME on the VMA red carpet last night. 

Especially considering I hadn't heard her name in at least a decade. Apparently she's still making music but primarily acting on Broadway currently? Either way, YOU GO GLEN COCO! Not a single step has been lost since the 2010s. 

That's a real life mermaid right there pal. Also pretty inspiring for me to see JoJo BACK like she never left considering we're only 1 year apart in age. Don't think I'll ever be able to equal her beauty or vocal abilities, but I'll certainly accept that ab routine ASAP if she’s willing to share it. It is working. 

And if I had to give out an award for 2nd best dressed last night, Dakota Johnson easily taking that crown. Honestly wasn't blown away by anyone else there. The world needs ditch diggers & camera operators now more than ever.
