Tennessee’s Clock Management At The End Of Their Lose To Texas Was Horrendous

TIME AND SCORE ! TIME AND SCORE! TIME AMD FUCKING SCORE! How many times do we have to do this people. First off, tremendous effort by Tennessee to get back in this game late with a big TD and then a marvelous onside kick. 

And it looked like they could really get in a position to win this thing or at least go tie it… you know if they actually had a sense of clock management. But some costly penalties and then a REALLY STUPID decision to throw it in bounds while the clock is still ticking was the nail in the coffin. Just really really dumb. 

Now it wouldn’t have been as awful if they didn’t send the rest of the WR’s what felt like 6 miles down the field, because the kid coming back behind the line was what did them in. If you are going to throw that short route everyone’s gotta be short. I mean it goes without saying you shouldn’t have thrown it short but only makes it worse when your guys are running a 5k back to the line leaving you with a Hail Mary to win the game. Just really really stupid. Pain for the Vols.
