Update: Turns Out One Of The Major Reasons Pablo Pledgescobar Got Caught Is Because He Planned Every Aspect Of Drug Empire On Snapchat

Source - The bumbling Penn State drug-dealing frat bros used a not-so-secret app to plot out their alleged cocaine deals, according to court documents.

Lucrative drug deals were hashed out on Snapchat and traceable cash apps were used to exchange thousands of dollars in payments for large amounts of coke, the docs claim.

Agostino Abbatiello, the 24-year-old alleged ringleader of the campus conspiracy, used Snapchat “to facilitate the delivery of cocaine to known persons,” according to a criminal complaint.

One of Abbatiello’s Sigma Chi frat bros also claimed that he would use CashApp to pay the alleged kingpin for cocaine and “believed the amount of those transactions totaled around $30,000,” according to the documents.

Abbatiello is now being held without bail after turning himself in Tuesday.

Thomas Robinson, 23, one of more than a dozen charged in the trafficking operation, was busted in December 2024 after authorities were tipped off that he was accepting cash payments through Venmo using his real name, according to court documents seen by NBC News.

Three months earlier, in September 2024, authorities had a confidential source find Robinson’s Snapchat username and message him about buying coke, the complaint said, according to the outlet.

After he was arrested, Robinson cooperated with cops and fingered Abbatiello as the coke source, a court document claimed.

“He stated that Abbatiello would boast about how much money he was making from selling cocaine,” court documents claim. “Zeepvat explained Abbatiello loaned him $1,500 so that he and other fraternity brothers could attend a spring break trip.

“Zeepvat stated that Abbatiello then made him deliver cocaine for him when he couldn’t pay back the loan,” the document claims.

The good news is, his dad is going full guido ahead of the trail…

His dad, Mario Abbatiello, told The Post Tuesday: “We have no comment. We have nothing to do with this. We have no comment.” Abbatiello’s lawyer had no comment when contacted by The Post.

I'm sure he'll eventually cooperate, but as of right now his lips are sealed. Maybe that's because the people who he was getting his drugs from are actually dangerous.
