According To Mike Eruzione The Practice Fight In 'Miracle' Never Happened

We dropped a new ChicletsU last week (please go watch) and we had the opportunity to sit down with USA hockey legend and 1980 Gold Medal Winner Mike Eruzione. We only show a few clips in the video from our full sitdown with Rizzo, which ended up lasting over an hour. In that sitdown, he told us the practice fight between OC and Mac never happened. 

Gotta be honest, I was pretty shocked when I heard this. That movie has been out for over 25 years and not once have I ever heard that the fight scene wasn't true. I know they dramatized it a bit, but that scene was so iconic, I just never imagined they would make that up. Watch the full Chiclets University below.
