The NFL Needs To Do The Right Thing And Suspend Brian Branch For This Punch He Threw At The End Of The Game Vs. The Chiefs

Brian Branch is a tremendous player. On the field during the game, there are few better and more instinctive than BB. That being said, this fight, that he escalated way beyond what was appropriate, is unforgivable in my mind. For at least eight days. 

As a father, I started watching football with my son when I'm not streaming at the office. How am I supposed to explain this incident to him? Tell him that Branch got FINED?! He doesn't even know what a fine is! It would make things easier on parents across the world and make a lot more sense if the NFL just suspended Branch for his next game, whoever that may be against.

And I'm not the only one saying this!

RG3 and I don't agree on everything, but we both believe this type of stuff does not belong in sports. And since poor Juju Smith-Schuster didn't really have an appeal to use before Branch clocked him after the game was over, I think it's only fair that Branch isn't able to appeal this suspension and he misses the team's next game.

Do the right thing Commissioner!
