I don't know how I feel about this. On one hand, Emari should probably be fined $100,000 for what is a stupid, selfish, can't-have-it type of play on your team. On the other, you probably shouldn't lay hands on a player unless you're open to waiving the right for them to kick your ass right after. Regardless, the Cardinals are a shitshow and I agree with Wake Up Barstool and Greg Olnsen on the only way to solve this epidemic:
