Joe Flacco Is Staying In Ohio As He's Been Traded From The Browns To The Bengals

Only those from Ohio will understand this, but you know that huge HELL IS REAL sign as you drive down 71-South? Picture Joe Flacco passing that as he drives down from Cleveland to Cincinnati. Yes, he gets to escape the worst franchise in the entire sport, the Browns. But his reward is he now has to be 40 years old and play behind the worst offensive line in the entire sport, the Bengals. Joe Burrow has been injured far too often because of his lack of protection. Joe Flacco might actually die....

But in all seriousness, Flacco has to be happy here. He goes from throwing to those that can't catch like Jerry Jeudy to perhaps the best 1-2 punch of receivers in the NFL.

Am I crazy or is Joe Flacco going to thrive down there? The key is obviously going to have to be can they protect him, but if they can, you don't think Joe Flacco can get the ball to Higgins and Chase? The Bengals are 2-3 and while they go to the Packers this week, they then host the Steelers, Jets, and Bears in a row. That sounds like 3 straight wins if you ask me….

And I want on record that I'm cheering for him. This was the right decision for the Browns to move on from Flacco (and upgrade a pick from the 6th to the 5th in doing so), so there's zero hard feelings here. We need to check our rookies out, and Joe is getting to go help another team. I hope both decisions go well for each team. #OhioAgainstTheWorld
