The Mariners Found The Fan Who Gave Cal Raleigh's 60th Home Run Ball To A Kid And Gave Him A Cool Moment With Cal Himself

Yesterday I wrote a blog about the Mariners fan who gave up the historic Cal Raleigh 60th home run ball to a kid:

And in a lesson of why doing the right thing is sometimes worth it, the Mariners reached out and found this fella and gave him the experience of a lifetime yesterday. Also, he gets a picture with Cal wearing an unbelievable "Pho Kit" shirt which is maybe a top 3 shirt of all time that I wish Barstool thought of before whoever did so we could rake in the dough.

Anyway, looks like Glenn (which by the way is what you would think a super nice dude like that would be named) is getting tons of offers for playoff tickets, experiences, yada yada. He even said "always be kind" when asked why he did it. What a deserving lad. While he may not have gone to the bargaining table with the Mariners to try scraping every last dollar from them, ultimately, it's a win/win and a good example of why being a nice dude pays off. In a world of Philadelphia Karens, be a Seattle Glenn.

P.S. If you don't crown him MVP after wearing that shirt then baseball is a joke.
