US Open Fans Need To Be Stopped — This Time, A Fan Tries To Steal Something Out Of Jannik Sinner's Bag While He Is Giving His Towel To A Kid

Fans have yet again taken the stage at the US Open, with the obviously big story that unless you live under a rock you've heard about of the Polish millionaire CEO stealing a hat from a kid:

He's since apologized, and if you think he really doubled down and said the kid needed to be faster then I have some ice to sell you as Portnoy would say. But things were made right after Kamil Majchrzak met him before his match that he unfortunately had to withdraw from in the first set because of injury:

Anyway, the latest story is from last night's session between world #1 Jannik Sinner and Alexander Bublik. Unfortunately for the fans who paid for the super expensive tickets, Sinner put belt to ass on a guy who hadn't had his service broken the entire tournament and won 6-1 6-1 6-1 in rapid time. But the story today is from this fan who got caught trying to dig into his bag. I was hoping that this was just a member of his team that was helping him actually zip up the bag before he left, but my two eyes tell me that isn't the case after the look of guilt on his face.

The security guard probably has to work on his reaction time since the guy got his full hands on the zipper for about 1.4 seconds before he noticed, but man these fans are out of pocket. I've long complained about the US Open and how it's become an influencer haven which has spiked prices as well as corporations sending tons of employees with free tickets and seeing guys like this front row is even more infuriating. Give the tickets to some real ball watchers, of which there are maybe 3 in this entire company, and let us enjoy the fruits of our tennis watching labor!

P.S. Trying to steal from the most famous player in the world right now who has a zillion cameras on him in the biggest stadium is quite the psychotic move that you almost have to respect it.
