Listen, I've written blogs like this before, and they're always the top performing blog of the day. Because nothing says controversy and debate like a woman who is telling all her requirements for a potential suitor in today's incredibly cooked dating climate. This may be one of the first times that I've actually seen a lot of replies on the side of the incredibly picky, though.

Remember when the Mean Girl pod (RIPIP) went viral for their 6/6/6 take a few years ago and the whole Internet wanted their head? Imagine if they said that instead of earning a 6 figure salary that you had to have no earnings cap (goodbye ~99.5% of jobs out there?), and instead of being 6 foot, they've now upgraded it 2 more inches? Anyway, let me play devil's advocate a little bit with this video and say that I actually don't think it's the worst thing ever. Sure this girl has incredibly high standards that if you look up a rough estimate applies to only .001% of men, but at least she's honest in enough in putting it out in a viral TikTok to let every other fella out there know she's not even remotely interested. Do I think you're reducing your chance at happiness by about 99% when you start your criteria like that? Sure but at the end of the day, welcome to 2025 dating where everything is transactional.
