UFC Is Headed To Paramount+ and PAY-PER-VIEWS ARE DEAD!!!

WOAH!!! DANA BOMB EARLY IN THE MORNING!!! DING DONG PAY-PER-VIEWS ARE DEAD!!!

UFC's media rights deal has been the talk of the town for a while in the MMA world, as it has seemed obvious that they wouldn't be staying with ESPN - but I gotta be honest, I don't remember hearing CBS/Paramount+ being in the mix at all! This was kind of a shock to read because of that, but even moreso because I never even CONSIDERED that the PPV model was going away. I thought the UFC was gonna hold onto that $80 a month price tag til the end of time....but I guess $1.1 BILLION a year for 7 years could change that real quick! Hopefully this also means fighters are about to get some bigger bags!!

I honestly think this is gonna be a win/win/win for the UFC, fighters, and fans; not even trying to be a bootlicker here, I just don't see any negative spin you could have here! No more WWE PPVs, no more UFC PPVs - inflation won't stop going up but pay-per-view prices won't stop going down! And Paramount already does the Nickelodeon broadcasts for the NFL - can we get them for UFC next?! Spongebob and Patrick calling an absolute slobberknocker of a BMF fight? Sandy breaking down fighter storylines like Megan Olivi?! Please?!

P.S. The Paramount offices are right in Times Square so hopefully that means more fighters/interviews rolling thru the NYC offices too! Maybe SpinninBackfist comes out of this deal better as well!
