Tate And Big Ev Went To Ohio State And Tried To Cover Jeremiah Smith 2-On-1

Look I know there might be some people on the internet wondering why Big Ev and I traveled to Columbus, Ohio this past week dressed in full uniform, and I want to make it loud and clear for all to understand: we had to make sure Jeremiah Smith still had it.

Yeah I know he was the best player in the country at just 18 years old. Yeah I know he's only gotten bigger and faster and stronger. Yeah I know he's still got 2 more years to improve before he becomes the #1 overall pick in the NFL Draft. But the thing about Ohio State this year is they're not just Defending National Champions, they're Attacking National Champions. The goal is simple: repeat.

So what do two alumni with plenty of wisdom and experience do? We go to campus and we make sure JJ knows what's in store this year: plenty of double coverage. So we lined up across the ball from him and let him run a few routes, showcasing a couple different types of defenses he might see this season. First we tried to jam him off the line. Then we tried to stack the defense and make him beat two. Shockingly, the result ended up the same both times:

Confirmed. Jeremiah Smith still has it. It's going to take more than a double team to cover him this season. Big Ev and I proved that.
