Huge congrats are in order for our very own Frank The Tank! After a whole new routine the past few years (650 straight days of #FrankWalks & counting) he's hit a weight loss record not many saw coming. Unless you were Matthew Piper Jenks and/or JJ Watt.
But no matter how you slice it, seeing someone go from 520 lb. to 383 lb. to 299 lb. in just a few years is a beautiful sight to see. And certainly ANUDDER W!

Pretty insane to see 1 of the NFL's greatest defensive players ever (and quite possibly the most chiseled human of all-time) take time out of his busy day just for Frank praise.
But that's the Francis Fleming effect. He walks, they talk. And that well deserved internet love was rolling in in droves of hundreds, and thousands, of tweets.

The internet can be a pretty cynical place sometimes but NOT TODAY. Genuinely heart warming stuff and hopefully it's more inspiration for anyone out there who feels down on their luck, unhappy with their health, but still waiting to do something about it. FUCK that. Sign yourself up for The Fleming Method ASAP…
START WALKING. And don't stop stepping, rain or shine. Whether it's after a horrific Mets loss or lucky/unlikely Mets win, keep those boots a walkin'. I can't guarantee you'll get to hang out with Dianna Russini too but it's still worth a shot.

The only negative from yesterday though? Frank got his 299 lb. ass LOCKED UP by the McCourty Twins. But I did like that burst off the line. 2016 Tank would be damn proud of that first step. Plus, the twins aren't Super Bowl champs for no reason.
Can't wait to keep watching this incredible weight loss journey, keep inspiring the world out there Frank! And keep in mind, if you lose anudder 50 lb. we'll be able to set up the RNR main event of the CENTURY too.
