(TMZ) - According to Liver King's release conditions, the social media influencer must stay at least 200 yards away from Rogan and his family members ... and, there's a no-contact order as well -- so, no hitting him up over the phone or social media either. Liver King can't possess any weapons ... and, within a week of his release, he needs to go in for a mental health evaluation.
Law enforcement sources told us ... they obtained an arrest warrant after contacting Rogan, who said he "never had any interaction with Johnson and considered the posts to be threatening." Our sources say Rogan also told the cops he thinks LK "has a significant drug issue."
Okay so all Liver King had to do was post $20,000 bail to get back on the primal streets. The terms of his release = no harassing Joe Rogan & his family in person or on social media + has to do a legitimate mental health evaluation within 1 week + no weapons in his possession… Should be a fairly simple task to complete? TBD on that.
But LK didn't hear no fucking bell. He went right to his hotel room after getting out and back into streaming his ass off for no good reason. This time challenging Seth Rogen to fight, which is either an actual threat to Seth or possibly just his way of getting around the judge's order to NOT mention Joe's name? There's literally no fucking way of knowing with this guy.
