I Can't Believe Last's Night Vote: Love Island Episode 14 RECAP

I can not believe I have to watch another episode with H*da on my screen. Truly, H*da and Jeremiah are single-handedly ruining this season. I believed that this was it, we were finally getting rid of her. Nope. This villa has one collective brain cell, and they couldnt even use it last night. 

Let's jump to the end of the episode and talk about last night's recoupling. I am so tired of all these theatrics with the re-couplings. Can't we just have one normal one? These gimmicks are getting too much. Doing the whole door thing was just so extra in my opinion. 

Nic & Cierra: I like them! Nic and Cierra are some of my favorite islanders. I don't know how I feel about them together though. To be fair, we have barely gotten to see them because of Huda and Jeremiah! I think Cierra is SO pretty and cool, and I hope that Nic treats her right. He is super funny and stands on business, and I like that. 

Amaya & Austin: LOLLLLLL. This couple is dumb & dumber. I love Amaya, she cracks me up. I think Austin is SOOO annoying and whiny. He reminds me of Melman from Madagascar. I think these two are just playing it safe and coupling up, but honestly I am proud of Austin for getting out of that love triangle with Chelley and Ace. That was getting repetitive. 

Chelley & Ace: Fine. I guess. I think Ace is a player and I don't trust him, but clearly Chelley likes him. That will be a common theme I think. I have to support these women's rights and wrongs. Chelley is too good for Ace, but I do like how Ace makes everyone do fun things in the villa. He is the villa leader for sure. I was getting tired of them talking in circles so I am glad that they could finally couple up. 

Olandria & Taylor: Fine. Again. Ugh. I will support you because I love you, Olandria. Taylor seems to have NO interest in her and every time they kiss I find it so awkward and forced. I just don't think Taylor is into her, which is SO crazy. Olandria is THAT GIRL. Taylor makes her laugh, and I think she really likes that. When Jalen tried to open her door, and it was locked, my heart broke tbh. I don't think she liked Jalen but that was tough to watch. 

Hannah & Pepe: Cracking up at Hannah not giving a FUCKKKK about Charlie leaving. I think Pepe is cute, so pop off Hannah! I don't really care about them honestly. 

Iris & Jeremiah: I screamed when Jeremiah did his big one. Everyone was fucking shocked. I was so shocked! I finally thought this was it! Huda is going home! Iris gets a chance! I hated how Huda tried to call out Jeremiah in front of everyone, saying that he didn't find Iris attractive or want to share a bed with her. She is SO MEAN!!!! And also, HE NEVER SAID THAT!!! Call back to when Olandria said something to her at the fire pit and Huda was like "I WOULD NEVER EMBARRASS SOMEONE LIKE THAT!!". Well, clearly you would. 

The vote. The vote heard around the world. Why the fuck can't they do an anonymous vote? I hate the "stand behind the islander you wanna save" vote. NO ONE IS GONNA VOTE HOW THEY ACTUALLY WANNA!! All the girls don't wanna come off as bitches and I don't blame them! Why, why, WHY would they save Huda a second time? Why would ACE of all people save her? I think he just wanted to back Chelley and her vote. Him swatting Huda's hand away was crazy work. The vote went to Huda so Jalen had to go home. I don't know how much more of her I can watch. I am a love island veteran at this point and I've seen this film before. Whenever there is a toxic couple like this, they always recouple with other people but then get back together. That is what is gonna happen, I am calling it now. If she doesn't go home soon, I think a lot of people are in the same boat as me. Its exhausting and hard to watch. It is also ruining the dynamic of the Villa, and the experience for the islanders. Thank god there is no episode tonight so we can catch our breath.
