Dwight Howard And Lance Stephenson Made Their Big 3 Debut By Getting Into A Fight That Carried Into The Crowd
Welcome to the Big 3 baby! When Ice Cube first came up with the idea for this 3 on 3 league, there was the typical pushback. People wanted to hate on a new idea when in reality, it's actually pretty entertaining basketball. When nothing else is going on, it's not the worst thing in the world to have on in the background if you're a basketball fan. Watching players from the past is always fun, especially if they still have some juice left in the tank.
Other times, you have a situation where it's Dwight Howard and Lance Stephenson getting into a fight that bleeds into the crowd. That's never great, but really, what did Ice Cube expect? I'd say it's a bigger surprise if Lance Stephenson and Dwight Howard didn't get into some sort of skirmish in their Big 3 debut.
Having said that, this does look like a man that immediately regrets his decision to let these guys in the league.
If we're being honest, we're lucky this didn't get a whole lot worse, all things considered. I don't know much, but I certainly know that Lance Stephenson gives zero fucks. Never has and never will. This is a player who just the other week was ready to fight a fan during his 1v1 battle with Michael Beasley
so I can't exactly be surprised that in another kind of fake basketball game involving another former NBA player, Lance Stephenson ended up getting in a bit of a scuffle. Say what you want about Dwight Howard, but that's still a massive human. He's not exactly someone you'd willingly try to fight, but then again, you and I are not wired like Lance Stephenson.

In terms of who was to blame, the video doesn't lie. To me, Dwight does make the first move, and once that happens that's a green light for Lance to make 'em dance. It's on at that point, and once you go past the point of no return, we know what happens. There's a bit of this going around in the world of semi-pro basketball at the moment, let us not forget Boogie Cousins grabbing his dick and losing his shit in Puerto Rico a few days ago as well
add in what a fantastic NBA Finals we're currently having, and it feels like basketball is having a moment.
Some have been great, some not so great, but that's life. Can't win em all, and sadly it feels like both Dwight and Lance will come away as losers in this instance. It can't be that serious, it's just the Big 3! Just chill out, get some run in and collect your check. Basically just do the exact opposite of getting into a fight that goes into the crowd. That's Day 1 stuff really.
